At KJFurnitureHD, every order is placed in-store and delivered with the highest attention to detail. Because our furniture is made-to-order or carefully selected to match your consultation, delivery times and methods are tailored to your specific purchase.

What to Expect:

In-Store Ordering Only: All items are purchased during your design consultation at our Apple Valley showroom.
Delivery Scheduling: Delivery will be coordinated directly with you at the time of purchase to accommodate your location, schedule, and the nature of your order.
Local Delivery Area: We currently offer delivery to Apple Valley and surrounding High Desert areas. Additional charges may apply based on distance and furniture type.
White-Glove Service: Select orders include professional placement and basic assembly. Your design consultant will review delivery details with you in advance.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because every order at KJFurnitureHD is placed in-person and customized to your space and style, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Important Notes:

Final Sale: Each order is made or selected with your direct input during your consultation. This ensures that your furniture aligns with your needs, space, and preferences.
Damages or Defects: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with the manufacturer or delivery team to resolve the issue promptly and professionally.
Order Accuracy: Before finalizing your purchase, your consultant will review all specifications, finishes, and dimensions with you to confirm the details.
